Adds a perk skill tree for the Avatar class that use elemental damage and be able to unlock dual 2h with perk as a preview for a bigger mod.

It’s one of the classes that Okarin is gonna have, you can unlock it with the custom perk tree.
It’s a preview, so it isn’t complete but you can have some fun with it 😊
