My very first mod for Skyrim and my entry for Merry Modding Days.
I will probably add new functionalities later, as I was busy organizing Merry Modding Day and I really wanted to release this little mod 🙂

How to start the mod

Go to Windhelm Docks and meet Marcus Argentorate there, he will suggest that you rent the underground compound for 99 years. (It’s a trap door near the East Company door).

Content

• Custom voiced NPC
• An underground player home, East Empire Company themed.
• A book about how to decorate the place
• Recruiting employees that will live in the compound.
• You can build a forge (with different workshops), a bed room for yourself, bedroom for your employees and a dining room.

Warning: This version doesn’t allows you to move your children or your spouse, but I plan to make that possible later.

Future plans

• Adding other employees that will sell items to you.
• Allowing compatiblity with Hearthfire multiple adoptions (I might need some advice) to be able to bring children and spouse (+ adding child bedrooms)
• Creating a patch to add items from the EEC Creation of KinggathCreations into the playerHouse.
